Yezzi, Gilmore And Levin Are Down To The Last Thin Thread As Judge Dismisses All But One Count In Frivolous "Libel Suit" Against OCP

Final Ridiculous "Intentional Emotional Distress" Count Could Be Dismissed February 16th If Yezzi Can't Come Up With Provable "Damages" Which He Already Admitted Under Oath He Doesn't Have

Then The Real Fun Starts When OCP Files Counter-Suits Against Several Axis-Of-Greed Character Assassins

Following Is The Explanatory Article Which Appeared November 2nd:

Court Tosses Most Of Bogus Yezzi Libel Suit
Greedy Political Wheeler-Dealer Admits Gilmore Smear Meeting Called To Destroy Livelihoods Of OCP Principals

OCP Adds Up Losses From Vicious Attack On Basic Freedoms
Damage To The Political Process By Greed Cartel Is Enormous

Yezzi Can Run But He Can’t Hide

Former Point Pleasant Councilman Massimo Yezzi is a public official on the politically-sensitive County Construction Board of Appeals, and Designated Architect in more than a dozen municipalities.

Yezzi is the Republican County Committeeman who got more than 500 public agency jobs totaling millions of dollars from elected officials in five years, and nearly all were politically-generated no-bid contracts.

Stooges In Gilmore’s Evil Empire

Levin Dissimulates

Yezzi and his attorney, Democrat Harry Levin, both stooges in Republican Chairman George Gilmore’s Evil Empire Of Greed, contended Yezzi was a private businessman who couldn’t be criticized for his political wheeling and dealing, or his costly raids on the taxpayers.

But the Court isn’t buying any of it in the libel suit the two greedy public figures filed against OceanCountyPolitics nearly two years ago in December of 2004.

They Can Run But They Can’t Hide

For nearly 19 months, Yezzi and Levin ran away from even telling OCP what the "charges" were; but finally they were ordered by the Court to specify exact "charges," and the original list of allegedly “offensive” OCP articles was quickly cut by them from 34 to only two.

Astonishing Confession From Yezzi

In response to discovery questions, Yezzi admitted a meeting of 20 politicians at Gilmore’s office in 2004 was held for the purpose of smearing and destroying livelihoods of OCP principals, the most astonishing confession in Ocean County political history.

Yezzi Pays $5000 To Gilmore; Files Lawsuit Two Weeks Later

Days after the smear meeting, Yezzi paid a $5000 tribute to Gilmore’s “Chairman’s PAC.” Two weeks later, Yezzi used recycled taxpayers money to file his lawsuit charging OCP with “defaming” him, claiming “damages” and “emotional distress.”

Nobody believed a word of it, except the 20 Greed Cartel members who attended the smear meeting, and developers and “professionals” who give millions to Gilmore-Yezzi pay-to-play campaign funds.

OCP Defamed No One – Court Confirms Yezzi CAN Be Criticized

OCP, of course, never defamed anybody. OCP reported the political news and told the truth about Yezzi’s activities as a greedy political wheeler-dealer.

And now, the Court has confirmed that Yezzi is a public figure who can be criticized by anybody with rights under the constitution, so OCP need not be intimidated by the financial and personal threats made in the bogus lawsuit.

OCP Adds Up Damages From Vicious Attack On Basic Freedoms

This is the first of several Yezzi-Gilmore stories. Part II will be published soon as OCP continues to calculate the damage to our principals and to the political process from the Yezzi lawsuit and its vicious assault on the constitutional rights of every taxpayer in Ocean County to have free access access to the political news as it happens.
