The Good News is some of the malcontents and deficit spenders
on the Dover Municipal Utilities Authority have been replaced by
action of the clear heads and straight thinkers on the new seven
member Republican Council.
The BAD News
The Bad News is that a really qualified and productive DMUA
commissioner, Judge John Sheehy, appointed in January, 2003, the only
Democrat on the commission and one of the very few bright spots in
last year's demented

Brush Replaces Judge Sheehy With April Yezzi
|
township committee reorganization, has been dumped as a DMUA
commissioner by Mayor Paul Brush and, in a neat, but
difficult-to-understand combination of nepotism and special interest,
replaced by Mayor Brush with April Yezzi, who moved into town in March
of last year (2003) with her husband, Massimo Yezzi, the omnivorous
architect for the county vocational school.
